Pursuant to the provisions of section 30 of the Betting Law and the Betting (Payable Fees) Regulations of 2019 R.A.A.84\/2019 regarding the determination of the fees imposed for the issuance or renewal of a license for a Class A or B bookmaker or for a license for an authorized agent, the said fees are determined depending on the duration of the validity of the license, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

*\u00a0 If at the time of the license application for an authorized agent, the relevant Class A bookmaker\u2019s license is valid for less than a year, or for more than a year but less than two years, the payable fee for the authorized agent’s license is set to one hundred seventy euros (\u20ac170) per month for the period in which the Class A bookmaker\u2019s license is still valid. If at the time when a Class A bookmaker or an authorized agent submits a license application for additional premises the relevant Class A bookmaker\u2019s license is valid for less than a year, or for more than a year but less than two years, the payable fee is set to one hundred seventy euros (\u20ac170) per premises apart from the first one, per month, for the period in which the Class A bookmaker\u2019s license is still valid, in addition to the fee applicable in each case.<\/em><\/p>\n

The corresponding fee is payable at the time of filing of the application for the issuance or renewal of a Class A or B license or for the license of an authorized agent.<\/p>\n

Please note that, as set out in section 31, the fee imposed shall be refunded with a twenty five percent (25%) reduction in case of refusal to grant the license.<\/p>\n
