The National Betting Authority requests that individuals or companies submit a statement of interest for the rental of a building in Nicosia district (and in particular buildings within the Nicosia, Egkomi, Aglantzia and Strovolos Municipalities) and within a distance of up to 4 Kilometres from the Ministry of Finance, located at Corner Michael Karaoli & Grigori Afxentiou, 1439, Nicosia. Areas are specified by the Postal Code in the Evaluation Form. Each bidder has the opportunity to submit a declaration of interest for a total area of \u200b\u200b754 sq.m. with a deviation of approximately \u00b1 10%, for the housing of the National Betting Authority.<\/p>\n
