The National Betting Authority requests that individuals or companies submit a statement of interest for the rental of a building in Nicosia district (and in particular buildings within the Nicosia, Egkomi, Aglantzia and Strovolos Municipalities) and within a distance of up to 4 Kilometres from the Ministry of Finance, located at Corner Michael Karaoli & Grigori Afxentiou, 1439, Nicosia. Areas are specified by the Postal Code in the Evaluation Form. Each bidder has the opportunity to submit a declaration of interest for a total area of ​​754 sq.m. with a deviation of approximately ± 10%, for the housing of the National Betting Authority.

It is noted that the Call for Interest and all relevant documents have been posted on the Authority’s website (www.nba.gov.cy) under the Publications / Relocation section.
