Public Consultation – Code of Advertising
In the context of law, transparency and our commitment for a continuous two-way relationship with our stakeholders, the Authority announces a public consultation in relation to the Code of Practice in relation to the advertising of betting (the “Code of Advertising”), taking into consideration the following:
1. the opinions and comments submitted during a consultation meeting in regards to the proposed changes to the Code of Advertising with the participation of the Authority’s licensees, the members of the advertising companies and SDEK.
2. the results of the National prevalence survey recently published by the National Betting Authority, the aim of which was to define gambling participation, to determine the percentage of problem gambling, to study the social and demographic characteristics of players, as well as defining the different profiles of players and their characteristics, in particular players categorized as problem gamblers; Read more →
