Regarding the payment of the tax and contribution to the Authority, as provided for in articles 71-73 of the Betting Law 2012 106(I)/2012 and as defined in the Directives 2/2016 and 18/2016 respectively, the Class A or/and Class B licensed bookmaker must send the statements below to the email address [email protected].

The National Betting Authority, exercising the powers which it derives from article 11(l) of the Betting Law 2012, L. 106(I)/2012, as amended or replaced from time to time, composes and issues the following Code of Practice on Advertising.
Under the framework of legality, transparency and our commitment for a continuous interactive relationship with our stakeholders, the Authority announces its first public consultation since the adoption of the Betting Law 2012. The consultation is concentrated in providing a regulatory framework apt in safeguarding good advertising practices in relation with the provision of betting services.
The Authority’s aim is to ensure that all stakeholders receive adequate and satisfactory information regarding the accepted practices of advertising, as defined in the Code, and to determine whether these are sufficient enough in order to constitute a comprehensive regulatory framework.
