/στην κατηγορία ΔΗΜΟΣΙΟΠΟΙΗΣΕΙΣ, ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΕΙΣ /από nbaΗ Αρχή, με βάση το άρθρο 11(β) του Ν106(Ι)/2012 από το οποίο απορρέει η αρμοδιότητά της να συντάσσει και να εκδίδει κανονισμούς και Οδηγίες για την καλύτερη εφαρμογή του Νόμου, εκδίδει την Οδηγία υπ’ αριθμόν 11/2016 με θέμα Δήλωση Υπεύθυνου Προσώπου σε Αδειούχο Υποστατικό.
