/in ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΕΙΣ, ΔΗΜΟΣΙΟΠΟΙΗΣΕΙΣ /by nbaΜε βάση τα άρθρα 25 και 46 του περί Στοιχημάτων Νόμου του 2012 106(Ι)2012, η Αρχή οφείλει να αναρτά κατάλογο των αποδεκτών Κλάσης Α και Β, των εξουσιοδοτημένων αντιπροσώπων και των αδειοδοτημένων υποστατικών στην ιστοσελίδα της. Ο κατάλογος ενημερώνεται και αναρτάται ανά τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα.

/in ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΕΙΣ, ΠΡΟΕΙΔΟΠΟΙΗΣΕΙΣ /by Christina ChristoforouΗ Εθνική Αρχή Στοιχημάτων, πληροφορεί τους παίκτες και το ευρύ κοινό ότι ο αποδέκτης Κλάσης Α Royal Highgate Public Company Ltd με αριθμό άδειας Α001 από σήμερα 5 Δεκεμβρίου 2017 δεν δύναται να παρέχει υπηρεσίες στοιχήματος, δυνάμει του περί Στοιχημάτων Νόμου του 2012, καθώς η άδεια του έχει ανασταλεί για την περίοδο των δυο (2) μηνών.
Διευκρινίζεται ότι, η παροχή υπηρεσιών στοιχήματος Κλάσης Α στα αδειούχα υποστατικά των εξουσιοδοτημένων αντιπροσώπων του αποδέκτη έχει επίσης ανασταλεί για την περίοδο των δυο (2) μηνών.
Η άδεια του αποδέκτη Κλάσης Α Royal Highgate Public Company Limited έχει ανασταλεί λόγω μη συμμόρφωσης με τους όρους έκδοσής της.
