Πρακτικός Οδηγός Κώδικα Διαφήμισης
/in ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΕΙΣ, ΔΗΜΟΣΙΟΠΟΙΗΣΕΙΣ /by Christina ChristoforouΗ Εθνική Αρχή Στοιχημάτων, εκδίδει τον Πρακτικό Οδηγό του Κώδικα Διαφήμισης, σύμφωνα με το άρθρο 5 του Κώδικα Διαφήμισης, ο οποίος αποσκοπεί στην αποτελεσματικότερη ρύθμιση και ομοιόμορφη εφαρμογή των διαδικασιών και υποχρεώσεων που προβλέπει ο Κώδικας Διαφήμισης.

Επικαιροποιημένες κατευθυντήριες οδηγίες λειτουργίας επιχειρήσεων τυχερών παιγνίων και στοιχημάτων
/in ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΕΙΣ, ΔΗΜΟΣΙΟΠΟΙΗΣΕΙΣ /by Christina ChristoforouΗ Εθνική Αρχή Στοιχημάτων, μετά από τη λήψη έγκρισης από το Υπουργείο Υγείας, ενημερώνει τους παρόχους τυχερών παιχνιδιών και στοιχήματος ότι, σύμφωνα με το διάταγμα του Υπουργού Υγείας ημερομηνίας 18 Φεβρουαρίου 2022 σχετικά με τη λήψη νέων μέτρων για την αναχαίτιση της πανδημίας Covid-19, θα ισχύουν επικαιροποιημένα μέτρα από την 21η Φεβρουαρίου 2022 που θα πρέπει να ακολουθήσουν οι αποδέκτες Κλάσης Α, οι Εξουσιοδοτημένοι Αντιπρόσωποι, οι Πράκτορες και τα Υπεύθυνα Πρόσωπα (όπου εφαρμόζεται).

Kατάλογος αδειοδοτημένων εξουσιοδοτημένων αντιπροσώπων και υποστατικών
/in ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΕΙΣ, ΔΗΜΟΣΙΟΠΟΙΗΣΕΙΣ /by Christina ChristoforouΜε βάση τα άρθρα 29 και 50 του περί Στοιχημάτων Νόμου του 2019 37(Ι)/2019, η Αρχή οφείλει να αναρτά κατάλογο των αποδεκτών Κλάσης Α και Β, των εξουσιοδοτημένων αντιπροσώπων και των αδειοδοτημένων υποστατικών στην ιστοσελίδα της. Ο κατάλογος επικαιροποιείται ανά τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα.
